The business has diversified, air conditioning, in that it handles all aspects of customers' heating, plumbing and electrical needs and provides ongoing service. We maintain large residential, commercial and industrial bases. From those early days, there have been many employees; some have been with Clarksburg Contractors for over thirty years. He has a keen interest in the challenges of the ever-changing market. Now over fifty years in the business, Gerald's son Michael is at the helm of Clarksburg Contractors. In recent years, The Blue Mountains Chamber of Commerce has honored Clarksburg Contractors with a Business of the Year award, and the Enterprise Bulletin gave Clarksburg Contractors its People's Choice Award.
